Takealot is trash

Takealot is now trash. I would never attempt using their services ever again. I have been waiting for an order that was scheduled for delivery on the 6th August. Today is the 19th and no delivery. It’s frustrating and I’ve been told that the item is out for delivery over a week ago after following up. No one is taking this matter seriously. I am so disappointed.
