Takealot is TRASH!

I ordered something on takealot with the option of same day delivery, got charged additional fee and was promised it would be delivered to me same day before 17h00. I got the delivery around 18h10 and not only that, they delivered the wrong item to me. Fine, I log a call for the item to be collected and get a refund they fetch it and begun processing my refund. After few days later I got refunded for the purchased item only and not the additional fee of choosing same day delivery. Takealot is very dissapointing, never again will I purchase anything there.
