And so another two days pass after my initial Hello Peter complaint.

I called AGAIN yesterday to try to get a resolution for a return over a month ago. Finally got through after the fourth attempt.

Was promised a call from a manager called Odwa and yet another escalation. Upon asking for a surname, apparently I can't get it due to POPIA.

To all consumers our there! Takealot is now protecting employees via POPIA?? No accountability, responsibily and nameless.
