Takealot is the worst when it comes to customer service

Terrible experience I placed and paid for an order via the TakeAlot App on the 26th of July and when I received the parcel on the 8th of August one of the items I ordered was not delivered. Takealot has not been able to sort this out regardless of how many emails or phone calls I make. The problem seem to be that I was honest and declared that they had also sent me a product which I didn’t order. I asked them to send me the product I ordered and collect the one I didn’t. Why is this so hard Takealot? I will never buy from you again
