TakeAlot is the WORST online store.

I have never had a more horrible online shopping experience than when I used Takealot.

Firstly, they deliver the wrong items which is not even worth the time & shipping fees to send it back or to get a refund.....which makes you sit either with the wrong colour, totally wrong item or Chinese ******* that was not as advertised.

Secondly when THEY MESS UP your order either there's no stock or they cancel your order on their own nonsense reasons.......then it's another nightmare just to get your refund. I MEAN THEY WAIT MAYBE 10 TO 20 SECONDS FOR YOU TO PAY FOR YOUR ONLINE ORDER BUT WHEN THEY HAVE TO REFUND YOU, YOU ARE MADE TO WAIT UP TO 14 DAYS......AND IN MY CASE, I'M STILL WAITING FOR A FULL REFUND SINCE 30th December 2020.....UP untill today 03 February 2021......I mean.....TOTALLY PATHETIC!!!!!!

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM OR SUPPORT TAKEALOT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.......THEY'RE ALMOST LIKE THE ANC GOVERNMENT........in fact, I think they SHOULD change their name to ANC online store......Almost Never Completes a successful online order.
