Takealot IS THE WORST ONLINE RETAILER

Worst service and delivery. ONE day after payment was made, tracking shows its shipped from the CPT warehouse, TWO days later shows shipped from JHB warehouse, while both had stock on hand. 6 DAYS delivery for items which was in stock at warehouses. Sent a request, they only responded to the request 27 HOURS LATER. I can clearly see why the media reported on hundreds of millions in losses Takealot had these past two years. TAKEALOT SHOULD FIRE THE CEO,and replace managers, its absolutely PATHETIC. Cant wait for AMAZON to start operating in SA, Takealot will close its doors then
