Takealot is the worst company in SA

The worst company ever!! These idiots do not take emails! They don't reply!! I've made a return of two packages and these guys have refunded for one package. They are busy making me go back and forth!!! I keep sending emails and contacting their social media, but I'm getting no help! It's been a full week now!
