Takealot is the worst company ever

I had to return my phone to takealot due to technical issues. I am without a phone at the moment. I am emailing from my friends email address. I bought a Samsung A32 Awesome Blue Dualsim Model from takealot in June. The phone was working quite fine until recently the LCD stopped working. I had to return the phone at a Montague takealot pickup point. The male receptionist gave me absolutely the worst service possible. I waited for a couple of days for a simple response from takealot as to what's happening with my device. I've been waiting for TWO WEEKS for my refund. I kept calling into customer service I was placed on hold for more than an hour. Finally an agent received my call an assured me that I will receive my refund through my bank account. Today I received an email stating that they declined my request for a refund. DONT EVER BUY FROM TAKEALOT.
