Takealot is the Worst

I Bought a Intex Swimming pool from these guys and when i recieved the pool we set it up and noticed that the top part you have to blow up is full of small little holes so me and the wife tried to fix it but there were just to many holes so my wife said lets return it as we can so we did

5 days later we recieve the mail that states that they can mot replace it the return lodged is declined BECAUSE i tried to fix it they say i had to send it back without touching it but hello its a swimming pool you have to use it to see what if something is wrong right no not according to TAKEALOT so i paid allot of money that i did not even want a refund i just wanted the item replaced as ut was full of holes

I am very disgusted in this as this is money down the drain for nothing

Yoy will never see me buy from you *****s again
