Takealot is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!

Takealot has the worst customer service of all, they have no idea what their business require to keep customers happy. They creates problems on problem and have no issues and simply just makes it the customers problem to fix things. I had bought a UPS that was purchased through takealot, and later found out that the product was not up to standard and made them aware of the issues, I've done everything that they required from me, and still they have not resolve my issues or even come close to that. No I have the burden of driving up and down from my home to their warehouse for bad service they are giving me and noone seems to think that this is a problem. I can't work as I need my UPS and is stuck with this problem well over almost two months. I really think they are in the wrong line of business. Takealot is just bad at what they are doing.
