Takealot is the worse company ever

I was in a motor vehicle accident with a takealot truck that rear-ended my vehicle on Prince, all the reporting was completed and takealot have all my relevant information including the accident report number. The damages to my vehicle wasn't too significant, but the way that the takealot staff and manager has treated me and this incident is incomprehensible. Takealot management keep pushing me away and away and promising me everything will get sorted and as of the 15-11-23 nothing has happened. It's just like their company who promises everything but can't deliver ****. Takealot is a useless company who doesn't care about anything but themselves. The management have been trying everything to push me aside and let it blow over but fair is fair and the company should pay for the damages to my vehicle. If I could give them less than one star rating I would.
