Takealot is the best

Takealot is the best!! Had to return an item that was faulty, the company involved did not want to replace yet they had no charger in the package or manual (wireless earpiece) and blamed me for abusing the item, it wasn't even 3 months old. After venting about it, Takelot stood up for me and kindly credited me. Really impressed that they could see the broader picture and rate me on purchase behaviour over the years with them. Thank you.
