Takealot is terrible

I ordered a box of wine and received 1 bottle. I paid R299 for it. One bottle is listed as R78 on the site. I chose 1 item, because it was listed as 1 item = a box. I waited 12 days for it. It took me half an hour to find a number to contact them - there is absolutely no detail on the site about how to contact them. They obviously don't want you to have anything to say or ask. And the customer care that I found after an epic search, just say there is nothing I can do about it.
