Takealot is such a ****

M so very angry, i feel disappointed, i disrespected. I orderd a phone a phone at take which was sapose to be delivered on the 4th of May 2022,no delivery was made till today, i ordered fridge Goldair 470L,inox is the color, multi door, and takealot delivered a bar fridge a day after the sapose date,. I havr to be the one calling, with my own to ask as why is my order not yet being delivered and why am i also being delivered a wrong package, since they being saying they escalating the issue even after a week i am still waiting. Now coming to the fridge they telling me that the fridge iv ordered its out of stock so they can only credit my takealot account, iv send an email saying to them i don't want a refund or my account to be credited nor any other product cause i cannot suffer for the mistake they did and they incompetence, i want what iv orderd because when i made that order there wad enough stock. Guess what, today they credited my takealot account with getting back to me and mind you, i bought that fridge R12, 999 and R200 of delivery, they only credited the fridge amount and not the delivery money,and i ddnt even get paid for of saposed to be delivered. I have being sending emails to them, calling and send complain to their complain department, still am nt satisfied, im still so unhappy and inconvininced. I am so unhappy guys cause after iv made thet order with being sure that il get that fridge,i started renovating my kitchen to suit the same fridge, i feel like i want to cry cause in all this i am the one who lossed My phone number is *** incase of any feedback
