Takealot is steeling money by shipping wrong items & not refunding clients shipping cost.

I've ordered an media player from Takealot & was disappointed to receive an laptop lock on delivery. Clearly the wrong item was shipped. I've send the laptop lock back to Takealot requesting a refund for the item as the media player ordered is no longer available & requested a refund on the shipping cost as well. The shipping of the wrong item was not my fault. After a second request Takealot credited my for the wrong item they have send to me but did not refunded me on the shipping cost. Takealot is steeling money by shipping wrong items & not refunding clients shipping cost.
