Takealot is so useless and the service is bad. I am done !

I will never ever buy from Takealot. I've never been so disgusted like this before. On the 18-Dec I ordered a stove online then it was ready for collection at the pick up point on the 20-Dec I went to collect it same day only to find the handle broken and the item was not the one I have ordered. I logged a return and returned it the following day morning 21-Dec I phoned Takealot explaining to them what I have received and they need to bring the correct stove and they said they will do that. They redeliver on the 23-Dec and only the item was wrong again. I didn't even take it home. Just left it at the pick up point and they returned it and said they will log a return on my behalf to bring the correct stove. Since then I have been send emails asking them to make sure they bring the correct item. Today 29-Dec they sent the same item which was wrong initially. That's when I said you know what let them give me my money back. Seems like they don't know what they are doing or they don't even care why it was returned in the fist place. All they care about is their salaries. I am so furious to think I was buying it for my cousin as Christmas gift and now this and the trips I have wasted going to the pick up point. Now I am waiting for my refund so that I can buy elsewhere. Maybe I must just go in person to sort out my refund with Takealot
