Takealot is slipping

Takealot's service seems to be slipping these days. Not great for them seeing that Amazon is coming into the country. More and more orders I place take longer to process payments and I even have an instance now where they received my payment (confirmed by the bank) but proceeded to cancel the order because they say they did not receive payment.
