TAKEALOT IS SLACKING

Ordered a pair of earphones from Takealot.com and they have sent me the wrong model which was R66 cheaper than what I ordered.

I logged a return but realized it would be easier to just credit me the difference and I would keep what they sent.

They advised me that i can either keep the current product and forfeit the return policy should anything goes wrong along with the R66 I overpaid or fulfill the return I logged and reorder THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT I WAS SENT INCORRECTLY for delivery. This means that I would need to wait another 2 weeks for all this to happen

COME ON!!! Your customers use to mean so much more to you.
