Takealot is sh#t for this I've trying to get in touch since morning but no one is doing there job right at this company

I've been sending flipping reports of a situation I need a immediate response from takealot help center about product I would like to return but the Original Takealot Box isn't available but I have a different one that's from the company but I'm worried the tag might cause some issues if you're wondering where the original box is I returned it while back because the items came in one box instead of coming separately that box they came in was returned yet I was disappointed with another product then realised they wasn't another box with the same Item tag
