Takealot is shady and they love robbing people!

I ordered from takealot and they canceled my order and they only let me know at 4 pm after I waited from 8 am for the delivery then they credit my account with the product amount less the money I also paid for delivery but nothing was delivered to me when I call no one answers then I email they send me an automated response like I don't know why they are making it so difficult to refund me when they canceled!
