Takealot is ******** when it comes to returns of TVs.

Our TV did not switch on after loadshedding. We return the TV with no visible damage with their courier. After a few days we get a e-mail from Takealot.com with pictures of a TV with visible cracks and they said they deny our claim. We rep**** with proof that the their pics is not pic of our TV. Then we get another amail to confirm that they won't replace the TV. Takealot sends you pics of another TV so that they can benefit by not doing a replacement.
