Takealot is run by *********** confused adolescents!!

Takealot is absolutely pathetic. I ordered 2 products last month, they only sent me one and it has been a 2 week struggle with the issue still in "we are following up" stage.. 4 Different people have contacted me already, I guess because there's no-one competent enough to find my order. It seems that their system was designed by babies seeing that they keep asking me what they sent me and what they should have sent me!! I mean really.. They are forcing me to buy the product again, seeing that I already needed it a week ago and they wont refund me, give me credit or just simply send my my freaking product that I ordered. My dog could have ****ed on my doorstep and that would have given me better service than this takemymoneyanddontgivemyproduct.com piece of ***
