Takealot is robbing customers.

Takealot is deliberately not refunding me after 40 texts and emailed I sent to their facebook and email teams. All they do is to tell me that they are still investigating.

Here is what happened, the driver collected Watch, Hose and a deep fryer on the 30 May 2020. They only refunded me for hose and deep fryer. I am still waiting for R919,00 refund for watch.

No one is bothering to tell me why they are delaying. I want that money ASAP to buy another watch.
