Takealot is ridiculous

I ordered somes items on the 16/10, it was to be shipped on the 19/10 and delivered by 21/10. On the 20/10 i looked at the order tracking and it showed not shipped I contacted Takealot by Facebook and was told it was shipped by their warehouse and would be delivered on the 21/10. On the 21/10 i received no delivery sms and no delivery. I contacted them again on Facebook after 5pm and and was told 1 day later that the order had been re ordered by the warehouse and now the new delivery date is 04/10. It had gone from 3 business days to 9 , i was not informed of what had happened with the original order not given a choice of what to do and due to their cancellation policy and I am unable to cancel it before delivery. I just want to cancel the new order and order something else.
