Takealot is REALY the worst of the worst!!!

Firstly....Stay away from Takelot. Rather buy somewhere else!! I read so many 1 star reviews nearly 17000 out of a total of 24897 reviews That sums it up in a nutshell! I ordered product with 4 different order numbers. All of the orders where delivered with item being wrong or broken or being defective. They just don`t care about you as customer and do not reply on you e-mail request or phone calls.....and believe me there are more than 20 emails and 6 calls. To date non of anything have been sorted out. I still sit with wrong products Broken and defective products! I would strongly recommend to shop somewhere else!!! Never seen a company with staff members being clueless and sending broken and defective products to their customers. Bad to the bone.
