Takealot is punishing me for returning malfunctioning tablet

I have bought a tablet from takealot on the 08th April 2018 upon receiving it is have realised that it is not working so I returned it, I needed them to refund or credit my account , until today I have not received my money back. When I try to contact them they are sending me back and forth.
