Takealot is preventing bad reviews to be posted about products

I ordered some items and left reviews to warn other people about bad experiences. But it seems takealot now has a policy of rejecting your review if it is negative.

In one instance, the product was an inflatable pool, advertised as 1.6m, but when it arrived it was 1.14m. Apparently this has been incorrect for a long time before I purchased and it is still wrong months after I returned the pool.

In the latest instance, I ordered a dark brown leather wallet (9 card holder). What arrived was a different design black leather wallet (6/7 card holder).

I am usually a very happy takealot customer, but this policy of rejecting reviews because it exposes an issue is not very appealing.
