Takealot is Pathetic

Takealot Order *** - R3160 paid, gifts missing, no refund This was my 1st and last time using Takealot. I placed Order *** on Wednesday night for R3160 over 3 months. I am a Takealot More member and paid extra for premium delivery. Delivery was delayed. I waited at work until 17h00 and it never came. It only arrived yesterday late afternoon and I had to go back to work to collect it. When I opened it, my gifts were missing because the item was broken in transit due to negligence. No apology, no refund. I cannot afford to buy these gifts again as my money is depleted. Takealot is pathetic and arrogant - they will not take ownership and just shift the blame. I feel ****** and my heart is sore. Customer service in SA sucks. Totally disgusted and disappointed.
