Takealot is Pathetic

Placed an order and paid for toiletries and fabric masks 26 April 2020. The expected delivery date was 8 May 2020 and the reson for the delay was because one or more items was apparently out of stock with the supplier. If the item was out of stock I should have been informed prior to actually placing the order. To date I have still not received any delivery nor a response to any of my emails sent. The whole point of utalising ecommerce was for a safer and more efficient shopping process, however this has definitely not been the case. I wouldn't recomment Takealot to anyone!
