Takealot is pathetic

On 3 February 2021 talealots driver Siya arrived at my home to deliver my order. He took some time and then advised that he mistakenly delivered my order to someone else. He will go back to that customer and retrieve it. When he got back he apologized and said that the other customer had already opened my packages and the contents in the package. Of the 9 items ordered 4 of them were missing. Siya said these are mistakes that happen and that we should contact takealot who will either replace the missing items if they are in stock or will refund me. I have been emailing takealot and calling them since 3 February 2021. The agents keep giving me the runaround and each agent will give me a different story. Some stories don't even relate to my issue. I am sick of takealot their driver make a mistake and now I must suffer.

I want takealot to either replace the missing items or give me back my money: 1) TTP buckle ankle heel 2) TTP buckle heel 3) Jada Boots 4) Black spider uv gel

My order number is ***1 and I paid R2194 on 23 January 2021.
