Takealot is PATHETIC!!!!!

Second TVBox i bought from takealot is faulty.First TVBox had signal problems and new remote batteries lasts one week.Wanted to be replaced but Takealot said there was no stock,i went on takealot website and i was able to buy new one,but for R200 more.So they cant replace it with another one,but you can buy another one using ur credit and pay extra R200 because its not on special anymore.....Ridiculous.So the second TV Box i decided to rether even pay R300 extra to get another brand thats hopefully better quality,I bought it and not even a month later this tvbox had errors "invalid licence",so what now,because if you ask them to collect old device,and at very same time bring a replacement unit of same make and model ,they ALWAYS have excuses.So now i must wait two weeks for them to collect it and to credit me,then i have to buy one again on their website,probably pay in extra money,and then wait another week for new one to be delivered!!!!!!!!!!!.I want a new one,same day as you collect broken one you must give me replacement ,as i cant wait 3 weeks every time because Takealot are selling UNLICENCED PRODUCTS,and we as clients must struggle!!!!!!!!!!>>>>>>>>>
