Takealot is patchetic

I have worked many years with take alot.om and never in my life experience such bad discusting service from them We ordered a defy fridge with water despencer on the 29th November 2020 the delivery was supposed to be done on the 8th December 2020 I waited the whole day nothing happend no communication from yesterday 09 December 2020 we phoned this patchetic company more than 8 times no one can give us the right answer as to where our fridge is they sound like a recorder that keeps on repeating the same thing over and over again they will allocate this to the courier company but have not received any response from the courier wow another pathetic company so now is the 9th december2020 and still no one knows where is our stuff seems like we just lost R7000 to takealot com I am so furious order nr ***9
