TAKEALOT IS OVERWHELMED AND MESSING UP BIG TIME

Big on service delivery! Not! I order tablets for children for Christmas. Children I do not see everyday, but that is besides the point. Instead of receiving a tablet, I received a R50 Zippo Gas Canister 100ml. A tiny little thing which is of R50.00 value in comparison to an almost R2000.00 item. Takealot was so fast to get the items back, Christmas is around the corner and still not even a slight indication of when the refund will be done. Takealot has RUINED CHRISTMAS. I am massively disappointed. I believe this company is biting off more than it can chew.
