Takealot is one BIG ****!!!

Takealot is the new big ****. So sellers buy cheap products at china mall, inflate the prices ridiculously, and then make a pretend sale. So you think you're buying a good quality product on sale, but you are just buying a cheap knockoff. Takealot obviously doesn't vet the quality of the products and they don't have price policies. I bought Samsung earphones for R289, "on sales" from R499. When the product arrives, it's a knock-off, not the original earphones. I check og earphones on the Samsung site, the price is R199, NOT R499. What a joke. The sellers run this **** with ALL products. The delivery is also a nightmare. This delivery girl comes on the 1st, and doesn't bother to call or notify me. Then I get a message saying they couldn't find me. Apparently, all she did was honk? Really!!? She comes back on the 3rd, honks, and finally calls me. When I go collect my item, she's literally complaining that I know I'm expecting a delivery and Takealot doesn't buy her airtime to call. Are customers supposed to camp outside from 8am to 5pm waiting for delivery? Why is there no method of communicating arrival? And why is this my problem??????
