Takealot is now a **** 🚮🗑️

These guys are slowly becoming ****mers . Or rather should I say their standards are now trash . Before when I started ordering from takealot there was cash on delivery. They would always deliver on time and as promised. After I started trusting takealot they decided to remove cash on delivery COD n I really thought nothing of it and continued to order from them . Ordered stuff last week , according to the app i was supposed to receive my stuff on Tuesday. I cancelled all my plans n stayed home so I could receive my parcels . They never delivered or communicated . If the COD was still available I’d have easily cancelled and gone to buy my stuff at clicks but problem is I paid them already .No apology or update . They also don’t have a call centre so u can call n track your goods . I’ve got 2 orders to go . The one tht was never delivered and one fr the 22nd . After I receive them I’m deleting their app because of the disrespect and lack of communication. I mean why take my money when you can’t make the delivery
