TakeAlot is not what it use to be.... Avoid buying from them.

TakeAlot use to be easy to shop, no question asked when items are returned within 30 days of becoming faulty. I returned my p40lite phone because it doesn't want to run certain apps, and I got it out of the box with a hairline crack on the screen. They declined it. I phoned them and they escalated it to the returns dept. It is now day 3 and I have heard nothing from them. TakeAlot, my return ref is: MRRN-O6P4K-YRDY
