Takealot is not reliable anymore

Only received half the kit and now I have to wait for a collection and refund for there mistake how is this fair I need this ASAP to use and you only get a bot on the chat cant even speak with a consultant I am furious with Takealot I even took Takealot more and my package still came a week later with half of the contents.
