Takealot is not relayable

I place my order on the 25 April 2025. After processing the pay Im told my order will be delivered on the 09May2025, I just ordered food no electronics. Surprisingly on the 30 April I got 2 items that I ordered I'm being told the rest will come on the 9th. But on there advertising they say same day delivery. I spoke to the customer service agent Patrick very rood and he hang up the phone and didn't resolve my problem. The first time I try to use takealot services and I will never and never use it again. I spend the grocery money and now I don't have any cash left my kids must surfer because I must wait for the 9th May. I use voucher that I was using my saving to buy this food. I'm an unemployed mom of three and I'm so stresed and disappointed
