Takealot is not even trying they simply do not care

It seems no one at takealot is prepared to sort out my query. It is 17 days and I still do not have what I paid for. I called your contact centre again, and a consultant by the name of Ntombi took the call this time and then just ended the call. I take it she was not interested in customer service or even trying to assist. My call before that, I was given a cell number for a person that has absolutely nothing to do with correcting the error of my goods not been delivered. There is no one that is actually resolving my complaint, all that is done is that it is escalated. I have paid for my items and want what I paid for
