Takealot is not delivering as they should.

I ordered a Playstation 4 and a TV through Takealot. Spent more than R9000. Delivery was supposed to be done on the 9th September. Everyday i contact Takealot and they keep saying that they'll call the couriers and let me know. I'm still waiting. This is total *****. They were quick to take my money but n9 product delivered.
