Takealot is not anymore

Takealot was once a good place to order but it seems not anymore. I order a Samsung battery form them but had to return my order as it turned out to be the wrong battery for the cellphone, thanks to takelot not having the right description on their description page. I asked for a bank refund. Then afterwards I asked if it is possible to exchange it for the correct battery which I found after many hours of spending on their site in search for it... I send the battery back the way they describe it, but they rejected the battery and sent it back to me. I asked why it was rejected and they could not tell me.. I phoned and after many hours debate and pointing out that they state the battery had a 6 month warranty and I set in motion my refund the day after I received it. They finally after three attempts of collecting the battery again, they refunded me. They gave me R100 voucher.

The second instance I placed an order and just a day before delivery they notified me one of my items where cancelled by them. They will refund me the full amount, please note I have used the voucher given previously. The item that was cancelled was R181 but they only refunded me R81. When I asked them about it they said it is because of the R100 voucher that I used that the amount will only be R81.

So takealot gives a voucher but then cancel and keep the voucher, because, by the way, the product being cancelled is still to buy in their site and not placed as out of stock. And on top that they lie about giving a full refund if a product is cancelled.
