Takealot is not a user-friendly vendor. Amazon will destroy them.

Takealot's service and website have been consistently decent, however, I have been running into a lot of annoying issues lately. I will buy food and then receive the wrong thing... that would be fine except for that they do not allow returns on food items. How am I to exchange the incorrect item for the right one? I guess that I have to call... their number is not on their website... only their FB page.
