Takealot is not a guarantee. Money is wasted.

I am a fairly new user to takealot and have had such a bad experience with delivery. I've place an order for a package to be delivered and due to certain circumstances had to reschedule it to be delivered on a Saturday as I could not leave my place of work or try to contact takealot as their delivery driver was rude and hung the phone up when I tried to change the place of delivery. I have been home all day this Saturday and my package has still not been delivered, takealot has not communicated any changes in the delivery. I do not recommend to any new user to perchance anything through takealot as it is not guaranteed that you will ever receive your packages, money is lost through them. I hope through this takealot would try to resolve this matter as it is deeply disappointing.
