Takealot is nonsense

I placed an order on the 27 November today I then received an email stating that there will be delay. i used the help center from the 1st of Dec but still haven't received any communication from their back office team, i submitted a cancellation request email but till date no agent has gotten ahold of me, i simply want to cancel my order i won't need the items by the 17th Dec my moms birthday is on the 6th of December
