Takealot is Nonsense

Takealot is the worst at everything, their customer care is non-existent. I order a TV they failed to deliver and didnt even bother to inform me, not until i caleed them and was on the line for 23 minutes before i spoke to an actual person, not the person was any help.

Their tracking option does nothing but give you false hope, everyday it says the delivery is on the way, just until five minutes before the delivery time it says the delivery failed, no reason whatsoever is given. they reschedule deliveries only to disappoint over and over.

When the deliveries fail they don't call you, the most you can hope for is an email. you call them, you'll be on the line for at least 20 minutes before anyone answers the call, but even then you'll not get anything but a "we don't know", "lets call the courier", "we'll call you back".

Takealot does nothing but take a lot of our money, for nothing but stress. I will never make the same mistake again. Discovery must stop issuing Takealot vouchers, otherwise they too will be painted with the same brush.
