Takealot is ****ming me of my money.

Takealot is ****ming me of my money. I recently bought a 58" Hisense smart tv on Takealot and it gave me problems on the first day of receiving it. Takealot delivered the tv and it gave me problems within hours of connecting it. The tv started not to show pictures and and only sound came out. I then proceeded and logged a return on Takealot which was approved and they came and collected the tv but upon collection I had forgotten to put back the power cable with the tv but they later came and fetched the cable. Now they have returned me the same old tv that was not working in a new packaging and there is no power cable. I've been trying to reach out to them via mails but I'm not getting any replies. I don't want anything to do with their tv I just want my money back and they said I can't log a return on their app as the tv is now out of warranty. I just want Takealot to give me my money and they must come and take their tv that is not working. Can you please help with this?
