Takealot is messing my return up!!

I have requested a return on an item I purchased in March. It was advised that it will be collected on the 3rd April, the collection was rescheduled and I was told to send GPS coordinates of my address. Yesterday I was advised that the parcel will be collected today - it still has not been done! Will someone contact me and arrange proper collection and I get refunded what is due to me. The tracking says it was collected on the 3rd which is NOT the case!
