Takealot is losing at Customer Service

Its going to be two and a half months and I am still waiting patiently for Takealot to pass a credit for a return. The funny thing is the sent and email the say the unit was delivered to me after they were informed via email that the item is infact been delivered to their Cpt warehouse Agents seem to have no sense of urgency or accountability to resolve a simple refurn query but would rather send the same email worked in 10 different ways. Ref MRRN-VB6A8-6KMN
