Takealot is knowingly advertising false delivery times for 'in stock' items

Takealot is turning into a ****. I ordered items on Monday for kittens arriving over the weekend, because they were labelled 'in stock'. I was surprised to see that an 'in stock' delivery could only be delivered on Saturday, but that was still just in time. ONLY ONCE I'D PAID did the date of delivery suddenly show that the 'instock' goods would not arrive until 7 days later. Now I have to go and buy the R1000 worth of items from a store as well, so the kittens will have somewhere to sleep, eat and excrete. What a waste of money that I would have spent elsewhere if they had not advertised information they knew to be false to get me to buy. And they refuse to give me the contact details of the Complaints Manager. Xolile.D simply does not answer this repeated request. Their fb page is filled with complaints about exactly this problem. If they're not already going under, they deserve to for their disgusting level of customer service.
