Takealot is keeping quiet with my order.

So I ordered a new FNB Debit card and they used Takealot to deliver it to me. The card was scheduled to come to me today before 5pm. I received this message:

“FNB:-) Takealot Delivery Team will deliver the Private Clients Debit Card before 5:00PM on Thursday 29 June. ID required. For more info call ***. FNB a div of FRB Ltd. Ref *********

It’s now 18:21 and FNB and Takealot are not saying anything regarding my parcel. I never had this problem when FNB was using DSV to deliver my parcels. I am very angry
